By accessing or using the website unplanned.co.in (the "Site") or placing an order with UNPLANNED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNPLANNED.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without prior written consent
• Transmit any material that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

Product descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Fabric weight and measurements are indicative and may have minor manufacturing tolerances.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Discounts and coupon codes

Coupon codes are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. UNPLANNED reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time.

Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or failure of payment verification.

Payment

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods available via the Razorpay gateway. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant servers — we never store your card or UPI details.

Payment must be completed at the time of order. Orders will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed and verified.

Order confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID. Please retain this for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of payment, contact us at hello@unplanned.co.in.

GST and taxes

Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations. A tax invoice will be provided with your order.

We ship orders across India. International shipping is available by special request only — contact us before placing an order.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit unless the carrier is confirmed liable.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from damage, odour, or alteration

The following items are non-returnable: final sale items, limited edition pieces marked as non-returnable, and hygiene-sensitive items.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, design layouts, and software — is the property of UNPLANNED and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The UNPLANNED name and logo are trademarks of UNPLANNED. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.

User-generated content (such as product reviews, if applicable) remains your intellectual property, but by submitting content you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it for our business purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, UNPLANNED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@unplanned.co.in and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to registered customers (where we have consent)

Changes will not apply retroactively to orders placed before the effective date of the update. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
